What do I get per address?
For each property, you get a distress score (0–10) and a short list of visible issues (roof, siding, yard, windows, general neglect).
Do you charge per API call?
No. You’re charged per property checked — not per request.
Do unused addresses roll over?
No. Monthly limits reset each billing cycle. Add-ons are valid until the end of the current month.
What counts as a “successful” address?
Only completed analyses count. Failed or invalid addresses are not billed.
Are Street View images high quality?
Images are optimized for AI analysis, not for visual inspection.
They’re meant to support the distress score and issue summary — not to replace Google Street View.
