Affiliate Program Agreement

Welcome to the Distress Meter AI Affiliate Program. This agreement (the "Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in our program. By signing up, you agree to comply with all the terms set forth below.

1. Commission Structure & Payments

• Commission Rate: You will earn a 30% recurring commission on the net subscription price for every new customer referred through your unique affiliate link.
• Duration: Commissions are paid for the first 12 months of the referred customer's active subscription.
• Minimum Payout: You must reach a minimum balance of $50 to be eligible for a payout.
• Payout Schedule: Payments are issued via PayPal or Wire Transfer on a Net-30 basis (30 days after the end of the month in which the commission was earned). This period allows us to account for potential refunds or credit card chargebacks.

2. Tracking & Cookies

• Cookie Duration: We use a 30-day tracking cookie. If a user signs up within 30 days of clicking your link, the referral will be attributed to you.
• Attribution: We follow the "Last Click" model. If a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the last link clicked before the final signup receives the commission.

3. Promotional Guidelines & Restrictions

To maintain brand integrity, all affiliates must adhere to the following rules. Violation may lead to immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• No Brand Bidding: You are strictly prohibited from bidding on "Distress Meter," "Distress Meter AI," or any variations/misspellings of our brand name in PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.).
• No Self-Referrals: You cannot earn commissions on your own account or by signing up through your own affiliate link.
• No Spam: The use of unsolicited emails, mass automated posting, or "link blasting" is strictly forbidden.
• Ethical Marketing: Do not make misleading claims, "income guarantees," or false representations about the AI's capabilities.

4. Intellectual Property

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the official logos, banners, and marketing assets provided within the Affonso.io dashboard.
• You may not alter our logos or brand assets without prior written consent from Distress Meter AI.

5. Relationship of Parties

Participation in this program does not create an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and Seattle Digital, LLC. You are an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes and business expenses.

6. Termination & Modifications

• Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate's participation at any time for any breach of this agreement.
• Policy Changes: Distress Meter AI reserves the right to update these terms or modify the commission structure with a 30-day notice to all active partners.
