Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for Distress Meter AI (the “Service”) operated by Seattle Digital, LLC. All prices are listed in USD.

1. No Refunds

All fees (including subscriptions and add-ons) are final and non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed billing errors.

2. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge. If we confirm a billing error, we may issue a correction or refund at our discretion.

3. Cancellations

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not provide refunds for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
